These terms govern use of the Conchel Tech website and purchase of Conchel Tech digital products from Conchel LLC.

Digital products

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases provide a non-exclusive license for the purchaser's internal business or personal use. Products may be edited for internal use but may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or presented as a competing template library.

No certification or legal guarantee

Cybersecurity and compliance products are educational and operational resources. Purchasing or using a product does not by itself establish compliance, certification, accreditation, legal sufficiency, or a particular security outcome.

Professional judgment

You are responsible for adapting products to your organization, technology, contracts, risks, and applicable requirements and for obtaining legal or professional advice where appropriate.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refund requests are governed by the posted Refund Policy and are reviewed individually by Conchel Tech.

Availability

We may update, replace, or discontinue products and website features. Purchased product access and support obligations remain subject to the terms presented at purchase.
