Refund Policy

Because Conchel Tech sells digital products that can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once digital content has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased files, receive a materially defective file, or believe a charge was made in error, contact concheltech@conchel.com. We will review the circumstances and respond with an appropriate resolution.

Refund decisions are reviewed individually by Conchel Tech. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
